Dear Lori, thank you for your review. We are happy you appreciated the position of the apartment and the management as well. As for the supplies, we provide a welcome kit per guest, which includes one roll of toilet paper, a small hand soap, and a bottle of shower gel each. The kit is meant to make your arrival more comfortable and to give you time to purchase your preferred personal hygiene products. Since this is a self-catering holiday apartment and not a hotel, continuous replenishment of such items is not part of the service.

We were very surprised to see the 2/10 rating you left for your stay, especially as it was submitted without any comments or explanation. Based on all our interactions during and after your stay, we understood that everything had gone very well and that you were satisfied with the accommodation and the service provided. For this reason, we are wondering whether the rating may have been submitted by mistake. We also noticed that your check-out was on May 14, while the review was only submitted on June 7, several weeks later. This made us wonder whether there may have been some confusion and whether you may have accidentally reviewed the wrong property. If this was indeed an error, we would be very grateful if you could contact VRBO and request a correction of the review. A rating as low as 2/10 suggests a very serious problem with the stay, which certainly does not reflect the experience we believe you had. We would also like to point out that such a low rating, particularly when submitted without any accompanying comments, can significantly damage our property's reputation and negatively affect future bookings. As hosts, we work very hard to provide a positive experience for all our guests, so an inaccurate rating can have serious consequences for our business.
