Air-conditioned villa, three bedrooms, nestled in the heart of the Corsican maquis, in a quiet and relaxing place with a capacity of 7 people, large covered terraces 800m from the beach of the blue shed on the Gulf of Saint Cyprien (sandy beach ), private heated heated pool 9mx6m with a teak beach around and outdoor shower. The pool is maintained by a professional every week, this guarantees you crystal clear water throughout your stay. For the garden, it is planted with local species and lawn with an automatic watering system, in season the garden is maintained weekly by a gardener. The house is fully equipped
with large bedrooms, two large lilies, and 3 single beds. Rental from Saturday to Saturday in May June July August and September. In April and October possibilities during the week. the superb palombaggia and santa giulia beaches nearby. Bavella a few kilometers away. Located near porto vecchio this villa offers incredible comfort, really quiet.

Nous avons très bien été accueillis par la femme de charge (Merci à elle). C'est elle également qui toujours aussi aimablement, s'est chargée de notre sortie. La piscine n'était pas chauffée, le jardin pas entretenu et nous n'étions pas au calme du fait de chantiers à proximité. Donc ruen à voir avec l'annonce.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben uns in unserem Urlaub in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert und er war auch kurzfristig erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auch in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Das Einzige, was uns ein bisschen gestört hat waren die vielen Mücken, hier wäre ein Fliegengitter an den Fenstern sehr praktisch, dann könnte man nachts, wenn es kühler wird lüften ohne von den Mücken belästigt zu werden. Uns fehlten auch Halterungen für das Toilettenpapier, diese mussten wir auf den Boden stellen, was ich als sehr unhygienisch empfand. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden. Auch die Lage des Hauses haben wir als sehr gut empfunden. Der Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar und es gibt auch in der Nähe viele schöne Orte, die kurzfristig mit dem Auto erreichbar sind. Wir bedanken uns und kommen gerne wieder!

Incroyable lieu à tous les niveaux

La localisation à 5 mn de l’une des plus belles plages, la maison parfaite a tous les niveaux et l’excellente communication avec le responsable ne donnent qu’une envie : revenir !

Superbe séjour

Magnifique séjour en Corse. Pour une 1ère , ce fut un succès . Très beau coin, très beaux paysages, très belle villa. Je recommande.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Sehr schönes Haus mit einer guten Ausstattung. Die Lage ist ruhig und optimal für schöne Ausflüge in die Berge oder zu anderen Stränden und Städten. Der Strand von der Bucht von Cyprian war vom Haus aus gut zu Fuß (ca 1 km) erreichen. Leider war der Rasen durch Wildschweine am Ankunftstag sehr aufgewühlt. Aber der Vermieter hat gleich Montags einen Gärtner bestellt der es wieder etwas richten konnte. Die Poolterrasse und den Pool haben wir genossen. Den Hinweis, dass die Endreinigung, Bettbezüge und Handtücher extra zu bezahlen sind hatten wir leider erst vor Reisebeginn erfahren und empfanden das auch als etwas zu teuer. Wir haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus gerne empfehlen.
