Escape to seclusion near Cooperstown and Oneonta, NY in this weekly (six night) baseball camp only rental. We are only accepting six-night bookings, specific to the baseball camp schedules. Located 11 miles from the Cooperstown Dreams Park and 7 miles to the Cooperstown All Star Village - enjoy an entire ranch home featuring three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, eat-in kitchen, dining room, living room and TV family room. The fully equipped kitchen does not have a dishwasher. The deck features a gas grill, patio table & chairs for outdoor dining. Fresh bedding and ample supply of towels provided, including soap, shampoo/conditioner; each bathroom has a tub/shower combo w/hair dryers. The washer and dryer are located in the basement. AT&T Wi-Fi and ROKU TV are included. Window air conditioners provide comfort.
House sits back 800' feet off the main road where you will enjoy eight acres of privacy, peace & quiet along with the occasional sightings of turkey and white-tailed deer. Enjoy the view on the deck or relax in Adirondack chairs at the backyard fire-pit.

Loved the secluded property, but still close to the park and othet attractions. We loved the firepit and large backbdeck and yard.the house was lovely and had everything wr needed.

Nice seeing nature in the backyard

We came into the area for the Cooperstown baseball tournament and was pleasantly surprised seeing wild turkeys, deer and rabbits in the backyard area. The beds were comfy and the water pressure worked great to take a hot shower.

Dreams park trip

Everything was wonderful at the property. We played at dreams park it was about an 18 minute drive. It’s a beautiful drive, we loved the firepit we got to use a couple nights to make s’mores! Plenty of room and would definitely stay here again

Our stay was amazing, Mira took care of very minor issues immediately. Nice and quiet.

Excellent retreat

We had a great time at dreams park and retreated to this hidden gem. It’s a bit out of the way but the perfect spot to get away from all the baseball. The host is excellent at communication and is available at all times to help. We loved the beautiful scenery and quietness of this place. Would recommend to all visiting Cooperstown!

Mount Vision Rental

This property was very well kept and was very peaceful and quiet. We spent a lot of time at the baseball park, but it was very convenient from this location and we were able to wind down and enjoy the evenings when we got back. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Very clean & spacious. Long driveway so house is set off main road. Nice back deck with brand new grill and a big yard with fire pit. Closer to AllStar Village and easy 20 minute ride to Dreams Park. Local nonsmoking bar/restaurant across street with good food (wings👍) and cold beverages. Highly recommend this rental. Easily fit 2 families.

Great place to stay for Cooperstown baseball tournament

The owner of the property is very friendly & responds quickly to any messages sent. The home was very clean and fit our needs perfectly for the week. Cooperstown dreams park was 18 minutes away which was a nice drive for us. We would stay here again if we get the opportunity to come back. It was nice to have plenty of room for our 2 year old to run around inside & out. The washer and dryer is awesome to have so we can come back from vacation with all clean clothes. They owners even provided laundry soap. Thank you again for everything. We felt very comfortable staying at your home.

In our rural area - cell phone service is spotty and to mitigate this we have just installed a land-line phone so future tenants can have reliable phone service without interruption. In the country we have well water.

Location is great!

This is prime location for Cooperstown Baseball. 10 min from All Star Village and 25 min to Hall of Fame. The house is on a huge lot. There’s a lot of privacy. They have a fire pit and bbq so we spent a lot of our down time outside. The stars and s’mores were amazing. We’re city people so getting used to the well water was a little difficult for us. We could definitely smell the sulfur. Mira was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. We got hit by a pretty bad storm and Barbara stopped in to check on us. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed the house.
