For golfers the Las Ramblas, Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Colinas Golf courses are also all very close by.

The property has 3 bedrooms. One master double with a marbled on-suite shower, one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with twin beds. See photos. The pool shown in the pictures is available for daily use and without extra cost for all booked guests and is suitable for all ages with family supervision and consideration for other guests, subject to common sense rules etc. It is maintained and cleaned regularly.

The main family bathroom has a bath with shower. The sitting and dining room area is spacious, with a decorative open fireplace. Air conditioning hot or cold is on the ground floor and in the master bedroom upstairs. An electric fan is also available at the property.

There are good views from the apartment to the front and the rear.

The property is surrounded by green belt with a canal, evergreen pine trees, lemon trees, and orange trees. There is ample parking outside the property, free of charge, and without restriction or time limit.

Smoking outside on the balcony or solarium is ok. Children should be supervised at the pool. No lifeguard. Supervision also recommended on the balcony and on the solarium as the property is on 2nd and 3rd floor of 3 in total. Cot and highchair hires and other hires are available for an extra cost and by arrangement with a specialist local company. We can provide their details to you.
