The apartment itself was decent, mostly clean. Check in was somewhat challenging because of the key situation. We had to ask a couple staying in the same building how to unlock the door. I communicated with the host but no answer to my concerns about the front door, dead batteries for the air conditioners and other questions. You can't open windows because there are so many people walking by or were too high. Any time I had a question, no response from the host. Other than check in and check out instructions, the host did not respond.
