The Property is located in a tucked away/private road behind a main road in the Town Centre in a Residential area.

A convenient location with local amenities on its doorstep such as the famous "De La Warr Pavilion" today a centre for contemporary art – which has featured the work of Andy Warhol, Cerith Wyn Evans and Richard Wilson amongst others – and an auditorium, where Bob Marley had his first UK appearance and has since seen performances by Elvis Costello, Goldfrapp, Ray Davies, Years & Years, Patti Smith and Laurie Anderson.

The Promenade, just across the road, offers stunning sea views along the coast towards Eastbourne and Hastings.

A short stroll will take you to any kind of dining and drinking experience, plenty of cafes, galleries, boutiques and Egerton Park with many attractions on offer that appeal to children and Families. A nice sized apartment with everything you need.

Close to beach and town centre, we used it for a night out at the De La Warr Pavilion, which is literally across the road.

A very comfortable stay , adequately equipped.

Well placed in town , near the beach and theater where I went to see a concert. Only downer was I’m not use to spring mattresses a bit difficult to get to sleep.

Very clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable stay.

We have used Bexlet a number of times and had never had any problem. The studio is always very clean. Roberto is on-hand if needed. Roberto is very accommodating. The premises is handy for all amenities. Parking at De La Warr carpark is very reasonable for all day, and we could come and go. I would recommend and we will definitely come again.
