Lovely apartment in a great location. There is a tube station, supermarket and several restaurants and takeaways within a 5 minute walk and the Natural History Museum and V&A are a 15 minute walk away. The apartment itself was clean and well equipped and we especially appreciated the great communication from the hosts. Would definitely recommend and we hope to stay here again.

Great place and experience. The wifi didn't really work but that wasn't a deal breaker for us.

The location is great. However, the way apartment is pictured it looks like it has stairs in the apartment, but it just pictures of the hallway. The apartment itself is flat. It on the 5th floor, so if you have begs be prepared to carry them to the second floor from where you can take an elevator. I personally didn’t find any balcony, again maybe it was in the common area. Inside the apartment no balcony or terrace or anything like that. The apartment was relatively clean. The welcome team was responding well (Cristina is nice), but when I needed to check in one of the team members was a bit delaying the response.

Nice space, with easy access to the sights

My wife, son (11) and I stayed here for a few days, while we were in London to see a play, and visit some sights. The location is great, on a quiet side street, but near a tube stop with plenty of connections, several grocery stores, and even walking distance to the Museum of Natural History, and the V&A. There's also a nice shopping/restaurant plaza by the South Kensington station. You do have to walk up one floor to reach the elevator. Also, despite the street being quiet, we found the windows let in a lot of noise (pigeons, rain, etc.). Normally this wouldn't bother us, but, with the jet lag for such a short stay, it did keep us up a couple nights. The apartment was nice, with a decent amount of space. The kitchen seemed well appointed, although we didn't stay long enough to make much use of it. Communication with the management was smooth and they were quick to reply. Overall, a nice place, and we'd be happy to stay there again.
