Villa Cayo Coco is an excellent choice for those looking for a comfortable and spacious stay in Portimão, ideal for holidays with family or friends.



On the ground floor, the house offers a large living and dining area, providing a pleasant space for socialising. This floor also includes three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin, as well as two bathrooms, one of which is a guest WC.



On the first floor, there are two more double bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The upper floor features a twin bedroom with a private bathroom.



The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.



Outside, the property offers a private pool and a pleasant barbecue area, perfect for enjoying the Algarve weather.



Located in Portimão, just a short drive from the beach and close to restaurants, bars and local shops, this villa is the perfect base for exploring the best of the region.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

From the 13th to the 16th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please take all trash to the public waste containers daily and before check-out. We appreciate your cooperation and care for the property.
Please return the keys to the lockbox before leaving. Ensure it is fully closed and the code scrambled. We appreciate your cooperation.
Before leaving, please turn off all lights, A/C units and non-essential equipment. Thank you for supporting energy sustainability.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Minimum/multiples 7 night stay & Changeover day is on Thursday, however this may be flexible in low season.

We had a lovely week in this villa.Was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed.In a good area within walking distance to supermarkets and eating places.We could even walk to the beach and nearby resort of Prai darocha.Nicely decorated and plenty towels for everyone.A few things need a bit of attention ie,no locks on bathroom doors which caused a bit of a problem as 3 different families with 3 teenagers had a few embarrassing moments.Shower room on the top floor could only be used by the 2 young boys as the ceiling was so low.Dining table in lounge was great for all 11 of us as was the one outside.Lovely family memories were made .All in all it was perfect for the occasion that we booked it for.Appart from an issue with the pool being over chlorinated we had a wonderful week in Villa CaoCoco.

Good location. 20 min walk from beach/marina/shops. House finished to a very high standard Plenty of outdoor furniture Excellent air-conditioning system Great support from team before and after booking. Unlucky to have had overflow issues with 2 × downstairs bathrooms which required regular mopping as a result (however once raised with the team someone came out to repair). Ventilation required in small bathroom on top floor (no window) - smell from shower/sink. Kids ended up using another bathroom as a result. WIFI only available in some rooms downstairs (not ideal with kids/teenagers)

Our family of six recently enjoyed a wonderful vacation in Portimão, staying at this beautifully decorated and well-equipped villa. The service provided by the team was 5 stars. Portimão itself is a stunning city, and the boat tour organized by the company allowed us to explore its beauty. The team's seamless organization of airport transfers made our trip even more enjoyable. During our stay in Portimão, we found the convenience of using Uber, with affordable prices, making our exploration of the city even more accessible. Overall, a perfect blend of comfort and adventure in a beautiful Algarve setting. Highly recommended!

Beautiful property

The home was perfect for our group. We were 8 adults - three married couples and two singles, including my elderly mother-in-law. There was plenty of space for us to hang together in the family room, dining room, on the patio. The pool table and fussball table in the garage were fun too! The neighborhood is lovely and safe, but the streets are narrow and the area is not as walkable as I would have liked, especially with all the constructions projects going on right now. We ended up using the car to get around.Beds were comfortable and the hosts left towels on beds, just enough for the 8 people we booked in the house. There were lovely beach towels in each closet, which was helpful. But there were no hand towels left in the common bathroom. Inside the house were no basics to make our stay more comfortable. There were no napkins or paper towels, just enough (barely) toilet papper. No salt / pepper, etc.... Little things that make life easier. The pool was unheated. Apparently I needed to request more than three days ahead of our arrival that the pool be heated, but that was not mentioned anywhere. The pool company cleaners came by while we were sitting by the pool. The front door is not easy to unlock. The doors inside the home are all noisy. There was no receptacle for recyclables. We had to walk the trash and recyclables to a neighborhood collection area (which was close by) or risk being charged a fee.
