Sitting on over 1.7 acres, the gated estate offers a private mountain getaway for the ultimate in relaxation, yet is less than a 10 minute drive to the casinos and downtown South Lake.

The home includes 7 bedrooms (one of which is semi-private), 7.5 baths and plenty of room for entertaining. Enjoy the sunset over the lake in the beautiful indoor spa or rack a game of pool and watch a movie in the recreational room! The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line professional appliances (including two dishwashers, an espresso machine, and a Viking range), sure to impress any chef. If you are staying with us in the winter, a day of skiing or snowboarding is easy to plan with the estate being only 0.5 miles from the Boulder lift/lodge and 1.5 miles from the Stagecoach lift/lodge, both of which are a part of the Heavenly Mountain. For those coming during the warmer months, there are plenty of great hiking and biking trails in the area, and the beaches are a 10 - 15 min drive down the mountain.
