Temporary rental ideal for students, displaced workers for more than 30 days, beautiful and modern ground floor apartment close to Barrio Salamanca in Madrid. In the surroundings of the flat you can enjoy different restaurants and typical bars of the city. A few minutes walking distance from the Retiro Park. Excellent location and customer service.

The apartment is really well located. It is a walking distance from parque el retiro, and the Metro (parada Goya) is very convenient to go to anywhere in Madrid. The apparent is suitable for a family of 6, it is well equipped with modern appliances and it looks like it is newly renovated. We highly recommend it.
