Welcome to Trastevere, one of the most iconic and charming neighborhoods in Rome.

Mirta Apartment is spread over two levels connected by a spiral staircase. It features a dining room, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace.

Access: Mirta is located on the third floor of a historic building. Please note that there is one flight of stairs before reaching the elevator.

A/C: The apartment has air conditioning in the double bedrooms but not in the living room.

Amazing terrace

Looks much better in pictures

The apartment is at a very nice location, with lot of attractions at walking distance or well connected by bus.It has a nice master bedroom and a big balcony. But overall apartment is not worth the price. Its bit cramped for group of 6 people. Sofa bed is not comfortable. One of the bathroom has no shower curtain or glass, so whenever one takes shower, entire bathroom gets messy.Everything looks quite aged. Cabinets need repair. Entrance and elevator looks poorly maintained.

No communication

If you do not have the ability to make an international call from your phone (unless you have an Italian phone number) you literally cannot get past the gate to get into the building. We did not have toilet paper. I asked for toilet paper, but never got a response. They are great about making sure their needs our met, but seem to have no interest in answering your questions. The upstairs bed is extremely uncomfortable. The photos you see are all wide angle, making things look bigger than they are. To be sure, it is a nice apartment with a lovely terrace. But no toilet paper (we looked everywhere) and no communication was extremely disappointing. We had trouble getting into the apartment, and there was no getting a hold of the host. I asked the host questions over the vrbo platform and the phone number the company provided. Never got a response.

APPARTEMENT BIEN SITUE

L'appartement est très bien situé . Le quartier de Trastevere est très agréable et on rejoint le centre de Rome en quelques minutes à pied. La communication avec la personne qui gère l'appartement était parfait. Même en envoyant un message à 22h vous avez immédiatement une réponse ce qui est très appréciable. L'appartement est moins "pimpant" que sur les photos. Il mériterait un petit rafraichissement. Les murs et les portes sont un peu sales mais l'appartement en lui même est très propre. La fenêtre de la 2ème chambre fermait mal et il faisait un peu froid. Pas de rideau de douche dans une des salles de bain. Ce serait bien d'avoir un peu plus d'ustensiles de cuisine (plat pour le four, épluche légumes, cuillères et spatules). Pas de torchon à vaisselle, il faut essuyer avec du sopalin...pas très écologique. Pas de produit pour le lave vaisselle non plus. Quand on reste quelques jours, ce serait bien qu'une ou 2 pastilles soient fournies. Mais dans l'ensemble nous sommes très contents de notre séjour.
