Luxury contemporary-classic villa with walking distance from the long sandy beach (10-20 minutes), first supermarkets and restaurants (3-5 minutes). It comes with nice heated pool, 5-7 persons hot-tub, two kitchens, TVs in living room and all bedrooms, with Netflix and Amazon Prime streaming included, a lot of sporting equipment: two bicycles, golf clubs, two stand-up paddling boards, one kite-surfing kit, one kayak, basic gym equipment. Living room, main kitchen and all bedrooms are airconditioned. Two terraces and use of 7-seater Toyota car (if collected from and returned to Alicante airport) and car trailer. 4K laser home-cinema projector with picture of up to 3.5m wide. Gigabit fiber optics internet and small office equipment. All bedrooms are large. Two larger bedrooms have access to individual private terraces. The larger, master bedroom terrace can be shared with the second kitchen and has second dining area for at least six people. Three bathrooms and outside shower.
