The strategic location allows you to easily reach on foot, in just 15 minutes, the main attractions of the city. Ideal for those who want to experience Venice with practicality and comfort.

Check-ins are possible from 3 PM to 7 PM. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 PM or €50.00 by 11 PM. At check-in, the tourist tax payment of €5 per person per night will be required, and a rental contract will be compiled and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card in the guests' name as a guarantee for damages.

The published price includes the commissions that are the responsibility of the guest.

Great location and very modern

Location is centralized in northern Venice. Very nicely decorated and modern. Great amenities and easy check in. Bed was very comfortable. (Only negative is multiple flights of stairs to reach the property.) Would stay again if our travels bring us back to Venice.

Flat was clean and well equipped. Comfortable bed. Light. Very quiet. We needed instructions for the heating thermostat. The shower was a bit small, hand shower bracket loose.

Lovely apartment, great location

We had a pleasant check in process with Linda. The property was conveniently located and as described. The bed was comfortable. The place was clean and light with lovely architectural features. The WiFi worked well. The clothes washer baffled me and shredded my blouse. I recommended getting more information about using it if you are unfamiliar with this style as I was, and still am. I highly recommend the place overall.
