Villa with private pool, and terrace, Wi-Fi and BBQ

This beautifully decorated modern villa, with a private pool is situated close to the sandy beaches on the Mar Menor. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom all located on one floor, a large fully fitted open-plan kitchen which opens up into the stylish dining and living room areas, with sliding doors to the outside dining area and pool.



The first bedroom is light and modern with patio doors that open onto terrace. The second bedroom is just as beautiful, with ample wardrobe space.

There is a modern bathroom with walk in shower that is located between both bedrooms.



The spacious private pool area has an outside dining table, chairs and sun beds, a BBQ and garden area, the pool is 3m x 8m and is ideal for all the family.



Santiago de La Ribera is an ideal location for a family holiday, located close to the sea and even closer to the natural park of the salt lakes which is ideal for walking or bird watching.



The area of Murcia also has 22 golf courses, water sports on the Mar Menor which include canoeing, sailing, kite surfing, boating, jet skiing and windsurfing. If you like to shop then it has that covered as well with 2 big shopping centres close by, Dos Mares in San Javier and La Zenia Boulevard in La Zenia.



For culture you can take a short ride to the Roman town of Cartagena when you could enjoy a full day exploring the town and eating out in one of the many bars and restaurants.
