All I have to say is its wonderful…. But cater to North Americans a small bit with an extra pillow for reading in bed and wash cloths that can be washed to get heat and grime off!!! Not much to ask.. but just good. Not fab.

Nice flat close to everything

Good centralized location. Pretty close to the colosseum, train station, roman forum, imperial hill, trevi, restaurants, and shopping. AC works great! Nice to come back to after long hot summer day.

A reasonable place to stay if you’re only in the city for a few days. The furnishings are worn down a bit, but OK for just using the place for in and out between sightseeing and sleeping. Great location, you can walk to metro in 5-7 minutes, and most tourist sites within 20. A little noisy in the evenings just from local people moving about, not from any bars or restaurants.Bathroom situation isn’t the best, toilet and sink in one area, shower built in corner of master bedroom. Drain to shower was slow, water backed up 2-3” and there’s mold on the walls that needs a professional cleaning. 2 tiny rolls of TP for 2 people for a 4 day stay…I understand it’s customary to reduce usage in Italy, but cater to the US tourists who pay top ’s for these accommodations and spend 5 euros on providing more. Would I stay here again, probably not but still would recommend to those who don’t have issue with the items we experienced.

Perfect location and affordable

Our check-in and communication with the manager were flawless. The office is right next door. Things to note: the washer is also a dryer, so that was very convenient; we were able to wash a few things after our cruise and have enough for our additional days in Rome. The shower drain wasn't great; the water kept building up in the bottom of the shower, but I assume this is something they could fix pretty easily. Also, I do believe the apartment needs a Wifi extender. It is great in the living room, but it does not reach the bedroom. Just be aware of this because I used up all of my data because my phone would lose wifi connection. Stay in the living room to make clear wifi calls without losing service. Overall, we were so happy with the location of this place. You could get anywhere you needed or wanted to go so quickly! I would definitely reccomend!
