Villa La Morena by Abahana Villas

MEDITERRANEAN VILLA LOCATED IN BENISSA COSTA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL. For a maximum of 4+2 guests.

DISTRIBUTION: Villa LA MORENA is a mediterranean style villa distributed on two floors. The main entrance gives access to the main floor area where we will find a spacious and comfortable terrace just in front of the main building of the property. This main building offers an ample living room which is complemented with a large modern kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed. Furthermore, we will find a bathroom with a toilet and shower. The principal attraction of this villa is its wide outdoor space area, where another terrace is available next to the pool area. We will find sun loungers and parasols , which provide us the possibility to have a great time around the pool all day long . Just right next to the pool, we will see a nice outdoor dining area, complemented with high stools and a fully equipped bar and kitchen with all the necessary tools to prepare meals or have juicy cocktails enjoying the summer weather. To access the lower floor, we will have to take the external stairs. On this floor we will find another apartment with a small living room equipped with a sofa bed , a little kitchen and a bedroom with two individual beds. A small terrace completes this space, ideal for a small family or group of friends.

EXTERIOR: Entering the property from the pedestrian door we will have access to the ample terrace. This very pleasant area with a table and several chairs offers us the possibility of preparing and sharing meals with our loved ones . Opposite to it we will find the swimming pool with sun loungers to relax and enjoy our mediterranean sunny days. The villa is surrounded by plants, providing us a very private and quiet atmosphere. We will also have space to park one car beside the villa.

SITUATION: Villa LA MORENA is located in the area of Benissa, .This villa is close to the road that lead us to the lovely Cala Fustera beach with little restaurants and a supermarket, we will also be able to visit the Cala Baladrar with a charming “chiringuito” to enjoy our wonderful mediterranean cuisine by the sea.

Sehr schöne Außenanlage mit Pool und moderner und gut ausgestatteter Außenküche. Das Haus selber ist eher sachlich eingerichtet. Haus hat eine sehr ruhige Lage und Fenster und Türen sind nicht vergittert. Es fehlen Beschreibungen zur Benutzung der Elektrogeräte, haben wir alles ausprobieren müssen. Ein deutsches TV-Programm haben wir nicht gefunden. Der defekte Geschirrspüler wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht repariert. Die Verwalter-Firma erweckt den Eindruck, das Büro 24 Std geöffnet zu Haben. Die Erreichbarkeit gilt aber nur telefonisch und per Mail. Das Büro ist meistens geschlossen.

We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful outdoor areas, the pool, and the modern, peaceful location and well-equipped outdoor kitchen — these are indeed some of our guests’ favourite features. The house is situated in a very quiet residential area, which is why you will not find bars on the windows or doors — safety in the neighbourhood is excellent. We understand that the lack of instructions for the appliances can cause inconvenience. We are also sorry that the dishwasher could not be repaired during your stay, our team tried to arrange a technician as quickly as possible, but unfortunately it could not be resolved in time. We would also like to clarify two important points: Check-in is possible at any time and as for our offices, the on-site opening hours were adjusted starting in October, but of course our team remains available 24/7 by phone. Thank you again for your constructive feedback. We truly appreciate it and hope to have the chance to welcome you back for an even better experience next time. Kind regards
