A brand new, quiet, country cottage, for a relaxing holiday in the Tuscan country, among olive trees, surrounded by 500 sq.meteres private ground.
The house has just been completely restored, loft style, one single big room/space, with bathroom. Accessorized kitchen corner, fireplace, sofa bed sleeps up to 2 persons. The second sofa bed sleeps up 1 person.

Tutto perfetto, casa molto accogliente e molto ben tenuta, giardino enorme, direi che è un campo molto bello e ben tenuto. Forse l’unico neo è il bagno che nonostante un nuovo termo sanitario, funzionante, faticava a scaldarsi. Direi un ottimo soggiorno, consiglio davvero questa location a chi cerca pace e tranquillità. Ottimo per chi ha cani.

Grazie per aver scelto la nostra proprietà per il vostro soggiorno. Ci spiace per il piccolo inconveniente del riscaldamento del bagno; purtroppo sono stati giorni molto freddi, solitamente il calorifero è sufficiente, soprattutto se viene anche accesa anche la cucina a legna.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Somit ist es ein guter Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der umliegenden Toskana. Auf dem großen Grundstück kann man gut ausspannen und die Sonne genießen. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe gut vorhanden.

Proprietà bellissima, ancora meglio di quanto si percepisce dalle foto. Il giardino è immenso, completamente recintato. Sono stato benissimo con il mio cane che si è potuto rilassare nella natura.La notte si sentono solo le cicale e gli animali della campagna. Per me è stata davvero una scoperta magica, tornerò sicuramente e ringrazio di nuovo Francesco, che è sempre stato un ospite gentile e premuroso. Grazie!

Wir haben in einer ländlichen Umgebung einen wunderbaren, erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Die Betreuung des Gastgebers war vorbildlich und wir können dieses schöne Haus mit riesigem Garten nur weiterempfehlen.
