My wife and I have lived in Minnesota our entire lives. We began coming to the Cape Coral area about 10 years ago.. It seemed like we had more fun and wanted to stay longer with each visit. We decided to pick a neighborhood and purchase a home for us and others to share.

Why they chose this property
We simply love the Cape Coral area! "The Cape" is centrally located between Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, and Fort Myers . There are many things to do and the area is beautiful. Our home is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood but is still close to many restaurants , Beaches, Bike trails and many other Attractions.
What makes this property unique
Outstanding Neighborhood. Queit and Safe, Owner is also making property wheelchair Accessible so all can enjoy it. Please ask about specific needs.
