This 5th floor condo is at the point of the sought after Farragut House, provides stunning and expansive ocean views and is high enough to give your family privacy during your vacation. All of the aerial shots shown in the photo section are taken from the balcony or master suite! You can take the elevator or stairs to get to the private beach(that has multiple lifeguards).

In addition to the world-class tennis facility with indoor/outdoor courts on the west side of property (accessible via shuttle, walking or car) the ocean condo complex also has 4 tennis courts, basketball court and is just a 5-minute walk from your condo. Buy your summer weekly recreation badge for $40/person for 4 and older across the street at the Sea Colony Beach Shoppe. Parking pass for the week is included with your recreation badges.

You are directly across the street from Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin-Robbins, CVS, liquor store and the Bethany Boathouse restaurant. Take a 15 minute stroll and you will be at the charming Bethany Beach boardwalk, restaurants and shops.

Just what we needed

The long weekend with friends was perfect. The home was beautiful and extremely clean. kitchen was well stocked, games or puzzles if you wanted and plenty of towels. The view was absolutely beautiful and the short walk to the beach or pool was so nice.

Our family enjoyed our stay, the condo is in a great location with beautiful views of the ocean, the balcony is positioned so you can enjoy it all day long & it was great in the evenings as well.The host, is quick to respond if you have questions. The unit is nicely decorated, updated & well appointed with just about everything you could need. The beds were very comfortable, towels and linens are provided all hotel quality. Quick winter catch up

We booked this condo for a quick winter get together with family friends. The condo was perfect. The view was beautiful. Everything inside the condo was well laid out, particularly the bunk room. The location was convenient with a Dunkin right across the street for breakfast and the Bethany Boathouse in easy walking distance for dinner. We had one small issue after checking in and the host responded quickly and was able to resolve it over the phone. We would absolutely stay here again.

Fabulous Place...Yet Again!

What a treat to return to this wonderful condo a year later and find it even better than the year before. It is set up to provide the most perfect and special vacation with the view inside just as beautiful as the view outside. Fantastic Facility in a Perfect Location

This property is on the beach, its has indoor and outdoor pools and is across from a Dunkin Donuts and CVS - mighty handy. It was perfect for my wife and I while we watched the grandkid while their parents when to a wedding. We all fit comfortable in this large condo in the days that followed. Its well separated from the madness of Ocean City yet you can drive there in 10-12 minutes to access the local restaurants, mini-golf and ice cream. Highly recommended.

Nicely decorated condo. Missing on attention to detail.

We stayed a few days at this property during our spring break early April 2023. Inside the condo - they chose nice furnishings and decor. I think the cleaners have destroyed the finish on the dining table as it's sticky...and there's nothing you can do to make it feel clean. The bedrooms: The sheets are old. they're THIN and LOOSE. No blankets were put on the beds and none were in the closets, just bedspreads. Bed was good enough. The bathrooms: Very nice finishes. Not great cleaning in the master shower - dirty caulk/grout lines, hair in a drawer. Towels are your standard crappy hotel towels. ONE roll of TP per bathroom. ONE. Plus the remainder of whatever was left on previously. Seriously - at this price? Tissues were left in the hall bath, but not the master bath. A bar of soap left in the master, but not the hall bath. Shampoo and Conditioner left in the hall bath, but not the master...between the 2 baths - you found what you expected in one. Again - attention to detail lacking. The kitchen. Very nicely finished and good cabinetry if only it were organized. The dishwasher was left full for us to unload. The pans needed cleaning before I could use them, but I always expect that in a rental. There is ample storage - it's just not used properly -it was a mess - everything that wasn't a plate or cup was shoved haphazardly into one messy cabinet. If it were mine, I'd get out the label maker and mark where things go. Especially so people know what's there and hiding. and just maybe someone might actually put it back in that place again.... It does need a blender...but otherwise appliances were as expected. The ice maker should have been cleaned between tenants. I had to dump it, wash it, make new ice- crumbs of some sort were in the bin. The washer SMELLS really bad and didn't clean well. It's a front loader in a hallway - so it can't be left open to air out properly. And, the door knob to the unit kept popping off until we managed to find a tool to fix it. The owner didn't get back to us until the next morning. She did give us a small credit to compensate for the trouble. Overall, cute place, but I will say I was disappointed. We paid more than double to get a place with similar finishes to our home. I thought I was paying for a more upgraded experience than I received.

Why they chose this property

My family fell in love with Sea Colony and think it's the best place for a family vacation in the Mid-Atlantic. We've rented many units in different buildings throughout the years. However, finding a quality condo was very difficult. We're very particular about quality of the renovation, furnishings and upkeep. We decided to buy one and renovate the condo exactly to our standards. We have carefully planned every aspect of this renovation. Literally everything in the condo is brand-new. We also plan to use it for a couple of weeks per year!

What makes this property unique

We toured and viewed dozens of Sea Colony condos, but chose this one because it was a point unit, 3 bedrooms, amazing views, offers great privacy, phenomenal location in the center of everything. We're all about convenience and this absolutely place has it!
