Location<br>The "4Season-Oase" holiday home is located in the heart of the Landal Beach Resort Ooghduyne, close to the dunes, the beach, and the sea.<br>The resort offers all the amenities you could need. There’s a bread delivery service where you can have fresh bread delivered every day, as well as a brasserie, a steakhouse, a bowling alley, and a swimming pool with a whirlpool on the grounds. The 9-hole golf course with A-status is located directly across from the holiday home. This unique home features a sauna and a hot tub.<br><br>The home <br>Upon entering, you’ll pass through the entryway into the spacious living room, where you can relax on the sofa or in an armchair while enjoying an unobstructed view of the sunny garden. The living area features an electric fireplace and a very spacious dining area. From the dining area, you look directly into the well-equipped, open kitchen. The kitchen features a 4-burner gas stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, both a Senseo and a filter coffee maker, and all standard kitchen utensils.<br><br>The holiday home has 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor and features a double bed and a TV. The stairs lead to the upper floor, where the other two bedrooms and an additional bathroom are located. The second bedroom has a double bed, a DVD player, and a desk. The third bedroom has two single beds.<br><br>The home has two bathrooms. On the ground floor, you’ll find a bathroom with a glass whirlpool tub and a Finnish sauna (electric). Upstairs, there is a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the outdoor storage area.<br><br>This lovely holiday home is suitable for holidaymakers with dogs. The property is fully fenced. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed in the house.
