Apartment just above Burriana beach with private parking space included. Urbanizacion El Litoral is located in a quiet area and close to the center and all amenities. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, both with shower. Large bright living room and semi open kitchen with a view of the sea and the beach. Terrace with six chairs and two sun loungers, barbecue and awning. Sun from early day to sunset. Air-con cold/warm in all rooms. Wifi and TV with international channels. Modern and well-equipped kitchen. Dishwasher and washing machine are available. The apartment is on one level but some stairs from the parking space.

Be aware that there is a long flight of stairs down to the beach and the center.

Final cleaning, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Not the beachtowels.
Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Wonderful apartment at wonderful location.

A really wonderful apartment that fitted our needs perfectly as a family. It was very clean and well equipped.The views were just amaizing. I hope to come back some day!

For us, the big plus about this apartment was the large balcony, with view of the sea and its proximity to Burriana Beach. It was a pleasant walk into Nerja old town in the evening. Very well equipped. It had everything we needed.

We had a lovely stay at this fully kitted out apartment. Everything you would need was provided and the host Yvonne was quick to provide information and was happy to accommodate our requests. You need to be able bodied as the property has great sea views so there are circa 100 steps to walk down to get to the beach below.

Lovely apartment that is only 2 minutes away from Burriana Beach. The only negative is the three flights of steps upto the apartment. A car is probably a good idea so you can drive up behind the property.

Alles genau wie beschrieben, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles fußläufig in der nähe. Toller Ausblick von der Terrasse. Strände alle sehr nah. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Danke für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder.
