Casa Kesa, el Rincón de Juan, is a beautiful independent property with a pool, located in a residential area with neighbors around. It is a very spacious house, with diverse spaces ideal for enjoying, resting or working remotely.



It is in the town of Tías, where you have all the services just a step away from the house: pharmacies, supermarket, bakery, bars, shops...

The closest beaches are about 6 km away and are those of Puerto del Carmen and a golf course 2 km away.

The location of the town of Tías on the island is very central. From here, getting to any point on the island is very easy.



The house has two floors. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed and one of them has air conditioning, it is an en-suite bedroom with its own bathroom and wardrobe. It has the third bedroom with two single beds. It also has a space that is accessed from two bedrooms, ideal for reading and relaxing with plenty of natural lighting.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with smart TV, rustic and comfortable furniture, with access to the pool and the rear terrace.

The kitchen is independent with a ceramic hob and gas stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, freezer and all the necessary appliances such as a toaster, mini mixer, water heater and dishwasher. It is fully equipped and from the kitchen you have access to the laundry and pantry area.

On this same floor, there is a bathroom with a shower and direct access to the pool area.



What makes this beautiful house special is Juan's Corner; a cabin integrated into the house, with a second gas stove, a dining table and sofa area. This space also has air conditioning.

It is an exclusive and rustic corner that invites you to enjoy unique experiences. It has its own history: it was created by the owner of the house and it was his favorite place where he enjoyed his family and friends.



The house has a formidable outdoor area with a pool, hammocks, barbecue and stone oven, and a large table where you can enjoy wonderful moments.



Access to the house is independent from the street and you always have an easy place to park your car in front of the house.

Upon arrival we will receive you with a welcome pack with a minimum of basics to make you happier. We also supply handmade aloe amenities from the island, shower and pool towels, as well as bed linen.

The house was spacious, beautiful, comfortable, clean and well equipped. The swimming pool was fabulous and there were sunbeds and chairs to use as well as pool towels. Although we didn’t use it, there was a fantastic barbecue area plus an indoor/outdoor kitchen area. There was a massive hyper dino supermarket within 4 minutes walking distance, a few restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlour, chemist and a taxi rank to take us 8 minutes to the front of Puerto Del Carmen. Whilst there we visited the shopping mall where there was a dinosaur restaurant and mini golf plus a play area for our 2 children aged 8 and 3. We also visited Rancho Texas - 11 minutes in a taxi and spent the whole day there. It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay!!

Everything you could ask for and more

So to mention all the positives would take hours so i'll try and keep it simple, from the moment you walk in the house is clearly of a high standard, the living room is large with easy access to the pool area, the kitchen is plenty big enough and has all the utensils you could wish for, then there is the extra space of Juan's corner, a lovely open space ideal for chilling in the evening with access to the pool area again and a very large barbeque. Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms, all plenty big enough for couples and then there is the relaxing/chilling room with plenty of books to read. Outside is the pool area with plenty of space for sunbathing etc. Overall the house is beautiful and plenty big enough for 6 people. We would happily go back if in Lanzarote again. Very difficult to mention any negatives but if pushed to do so then the air conditioning in the main bedroom is a little temperamental and the clothes line is hidden by the tree but these are really very minor things
