A two- bedroomed cottage situated in a peaceful countryside location. Positioned conveniently to be able to reach the local village in minutes which hosts all amenities such as grocery shops, pizzeria, cafes and gelaterias among others. The local beaches are a short drive
away with beach cafes. A little further (25 - 30 mins) and you reach the world-renowned beaches of Costa Rei and Marina di Tertenia….
The house comes fully furnished and has tiled veranda to relax and dine on. A lovely, calm space to unwind, relax and explore the beautiful surrounding beaches, villages and mountains from. We look forward to welcoming you.

Palmira e stata davvero accogliente ! La sua casa è molto pulita, i letti di ottima qualitā, il giardino grandissimo. La zona è carina, un pò all'estero delle zone turistiche. Siamo molto contenti del nostro soggiorno !

Nous avons passé un super séjour. La maison est propre, bien équipée. Le jardin est très agréable et nous étions bien placés pour nos déplacements. Soggiorno molto piacevole

La casa è molto bella e curata. Immersa nel verde ma allo stesso tempo con 5 minuti si arriva a Villaputzu , Muravera e con 30 minuti si raggiunge la costa rei. Inoltre c'è vicino la bellissima spiaggia di Murtas. Siamo stati molto bene.

Un'oasi di pace

Villa indipendente con giardino molto grande, bellissimo e molto curato. Privacy assoluta, ma non si ha la sensazione di essere isolati. Comodissima da raggiungere dalla strada statale. In macchina, paese con servizi a 5 minuti e spiaggia più vicina a 10'. L'appartamento è molto accogliente, ampio e nuovo. Pulizia davvero impeccabile. Siamo stati accolti dalla proprietaria (gentilissima e sempre disponibile per fornirci informazioni e consigli, ma mai invadente) che ci ha fatto trovare ogni bene di prima necessità (sapone, detersivo per lavatrice, carta igienica, spugne.. oltre ad acqua in frigorifero ed un bel cesto di frutta). In giardino era stata costruita anche una bellissima doccia appena prima del nostro arrivo. Il patio, molto ampio, ha una doppia esposizione e quindi permette di avere la possibilità di trovare ombra in qualsiasi momento della giornata. Assolutamente oltre le aspettative. Siamo stati benissimo. Ci tornerei sicuramente. Se proprio dovessi pensare a qualcosa da migliorare.. l'unica cosa che mancava era la zanzariera alla porta di ingresso. La porta, però, dalla quale si accede al giardino, è molto ampia e di utilizzo continuo, quindi effettivamente la zanzariera potrebbe risultare poco "pratica" da utilizzare... ma noi ne avremmo apprezzato comunque la presenza. Altra cosa è l'assenza di acqua potabile all'esterno della casa (doccia e fontanella), che con i bambini potrebbe risultare un po' scomodo.. ma questo non dipende dalla proprietaria.

Rundum Packet

Wir wurden von einer sehr netten, aufmerksamen und herzlichen Dame aufgenommen. In dem kleinen gemütlichen Haus fühlten wir uns wohl. Wir fanden alles vor, was wir brauchten. Palmira erkundigte sich mehrfach, ob alles in Ordnung sei und ob wir noch etwas benötigen. Auf Rückfragen konnte Sie uns immer sehr gute Empfehlungen im Umkreis geben. Es war für uns eine schöne entspannte Zeit. Wir werden Palmira wieder Besuchen und danken für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft.
