Villa Nogal is a spacious, 5 bedroom villa set on a generously sized plot. You can enjoy excellent views of Montgo mountain and across the orange groves. There's also plenty of space to relax and unwind around the pool. Located a short drive from popular Javea and with a restaurant within walking distance (open daytime only), you'll have no shortage of places to explore. Head to the lively bars of Javea Old Town or relax on the beautiful beaches of El Arenal and La Grava. Please note that the villa is currently being renovated from a 3 bedroom to a 5 bedroom villa. New images will be available in Spring 2024. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/ heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Villa Nogal is located in the Pivars area of Javea, with fantastic views of Mount Montgo. Perfect for foodies, there's a Michelin restaurant a couple of minutes' drive away. For a wider choice, the popular Arenal Beach is 10 minutes' drive away where bars and restaurants line the promenade. Javea's port and the Old Town with its cobbled streets and authentic tapas bars are around 10 minutes' away by car too.
