Underfloor heating, TV, air conditioning, balcony and elevator. Possibility of free parking in the street near the house. Train and bus station at 10 minutes walk. Bank, post office, stores, pizzerias and restaurants within a few meters. Park and swimming pool, tennis courts in the neighbourhood. Golf course 35 minutes away by car.
