It is located in the village, in a quiet, green area.<br>This apartment has access to a section of the large terraced garden—equipped with a beach umbrella, table, and chairs—featuring trees, shrubs, and a view of the villa’s pine forest. Private parking for one car. The apartment consists of two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the second with three beds, two of which can be joined to form another double bed; a living room with a TV; a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine; a bathroom; and a shower room. Barbecue.<br>The apartment is located about 300–350 metres from the long, white beach of Marina di Campo and a five-minute walk from the town centre. In town: supermarkets, shops, boutiques, bars, ice cream shops, restaurants, pizzerias, a bank, a pharmacy, and an on-call medical service.<br>The municipality operates a bus service to the other famous beaches of Cavoli, Seccheto, and Fetovaia. Additionally, public transport provides access to all other locations on the island. A bike-sharing service is available in town.<br><br>The apartment is equipped with all amenities. <br>Guests are responsible for providing their own bed linens and towels.
