This is a superbly located comfortable property on the ground floor. The property is modern and relatively spacious by European standards. It serves well for a couple, two couples or a couple with 1-2 children. Access is easy and there is a pleasant and quiet courtyard overlooking Dunlop Court. It is superbly located about 25 meters from the Grassmarket with its multitude of restaurants, pubs, and shops and about 500m to the Royal mile by way of charming Victoria/Bow streets.The hosts were readily available and accommodating,The only feature lacking was a dryer.We would definitely stay there again,

Our First Edinburgh visit

We cannot recommend this property enough. The communication with agent was really helpful right from us getting off the train. 15 minute walk and had a very friendly meet and greet. Right next to the Castle and Royal Mile. Great restaurants and very characteristic pubs most with a history attached. So much to see all within walking distance. We had the pleasure of sunshine o e day followed by snow the next so had a great comparison Thankyou. We shall be returning

Miss

The apartment is in a great location but needs a bit of updating. The flooring needs replacing. The bathroom could do with a bath mat, a handle to help you get into the bath and the toilet seat needs replacing and fixed. There is no instructions on how to use the oven and the dials have been worn away.

I can’t rave enough about this stay. The hosts were so kind and responsive, two of us arrived hours early and they coordinated to get them in early. It was a beautiful place in walking distance of anything you want to do in Edinburgh. Will absolutely book here for our next trip.
