- Terrace with views of the beach and pool, where you can enjoy a seating area with a table and four chairs.

- Separate kitchen with very functional and fully equipped gallery.

- Master bedroom with a 150x190 cm double bed, smart HD TV and access to terrace.

- Second bedroom with 2 single beds of 90x190 cm.

- Practical bathroom equipped with a bathtub, toilet, large sink with door and drawers and bidet.



It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and welcome kitchen amenities (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 garbage bags, 1 washing machine soap, 2 dishwashing tablets, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, hand gel). Coffee capsules and 1 bottle of mineral water.

You will enjoy the proximity of the Valencia garden, which dates back to the Andalusian period. To the classic crops that were already cultivated in Roman times, cereals, vineyards, olive trees, rice and tiger nuts are added as the most characteristic of this area, in addition to vegetables such as eggplant and artichoke.
