There is a bedroom on the mezzanine with double bed, wardrobe and a living room with convertible sofa. First bathroom with sink, wc and shower cabin; second bathroom on the mezzanine with sink, wc and shower.
Kitchen equipped with fridge / freezer, small oven, 2-burner electric hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, TV. Large terrace with barbecue. Private garden. Parking in the common parking lot.
REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT: 200 EURO PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL IN CASH OR BY CHECK (French or Italian).

Duplex minuscule dans cadre naturel agréable

Notre mini villa était la n. 20. Duplex minuscule mais bien agencé, dans résidence mignonne et décidément tranquille près des etangs et isolé dans la nature. A 50m de l'extreme sud de la plage de Pinarello, où au mois d'août les bateaux envahissent les espaces (a partir de 50cm d'eau!) et la poseïdonie barre l'accès à l'eau, la plage par contre est agreable et jamais affolé. Les jours de vent plein de surfs et kyte, pour ce qui en peuvent profiter. Gros problème avec les éffluves des égouts, à l'intérieure et à l'extérieur! Dans la pièce d'en haut, chaleur intense de jour mais particulièrement de nuit, avec clime intérieur bruyante et inefficace. Piscine commune très belle, avec vue superbe sur les reliefs. Village et tous commerces lointain
