A spacious two-bedroom raised ground floor apartment with high ceilings, a large sitting room, and a fabulous large garden.

The Space
The property is neutrally refurbished throughout and features two bathrooms (1 x en suite bathroom and 1 x shower room), huge windows in the sitting room overlooking a private 42ft garden, and a well-fitted kitchen.

Unlimited WiFi / 48-inch screen TV in the sitting room.

Other things to note:
There is a Kivik 1-seated sofa in the front bedroom that can be made as a compact bed. A child can sleep here.

Also, there is a sofa bed in the living area that can be made up as a double bed and it is much bigger than the Kivik bed. It can't be placed in one of the bedrooms.

I can supply a single fold-out bed that can be made in the bedroom facing the garden.

The extra beds will not be made up as beds unless specifically requested. A surcharge of 20 GBP per bed for the linen sets with towels.
