Upon entering, you’ll find an open-concept living space with a fully equipped kitchen. The living room includes a comfortable sofa bed and a coffee table, while the kitchen offers all the necessary utensils and a dining area for daily meals.
The bedroom features a 150 x 200 cm double bed, a spacious wardrobe, and a private en-suite bathroom designed for your comfort and convenience.
Set on Rodrigo Caro Street, just steps from the Cathedral, the Giralda, and the Royal Alcázar, and surrounded by traditional restaurants and tapas bars, this apartment is the perfect base for exploring Seville’s historic center.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. Regarding the presence of occasional noise, we would like to highlight that our central and privileged location, while ideal for exploring the city, can sometimes result in some external noise due to the everyday life of the area, especially depending on the time of year and any local festivities being celebrated. We understand that this may have been bothersome, but please rest assured that we are actively reviewing the soundproofing system to ensure that it meets the necessary standards to minimize external noise.
As for your request for a room change, we informed you at the time that we were unable to accommodate your request for relocation on the first night due to availability constraints. However, we want to emphasize that we were attentive throughout your stay, making every possible effort to ensure your satisfaction. The very next day, and in line with our commitment to guest satisfaction, we were able to offer you another property where you could enjoy a peaceful stay as you desired. This upgrade was offered so that you could experience the tranquility you were seeking, while also being able to continue enjoying our wonderful city.
We do regret that all our efforts did not fully meet your expectations. However, it is important to note that we take our guests’ concerns very seriously, and we always strive to provide the best service possible. Please be assured that your comments have been taken into consideration as we continue to improve our offerings.
