Our family beach vacation was wonderful at Summer Breeze. The beach house & pool was very clean and inviting and had all the conveniences of home. The beach access was nice and made our daily trip to the beach very enjoyable. We hope to return next year!

This is one of the very best stays I have ever had- the experience from beginning to end, everything was perfect. The location is excellent, peaceful , clean , excellently apportioned. One of the most comfortable properties I have experienced and cannot wait to go back - restaurants and local attractions very walkable. Absolutely love the house pool 10/10

Great house, close to the beach!

This house was beautiful and spacious. Such a great layout. It was extremely clean when we arrived. Towels and bedding/pillows were great quality. Loved the new deck addition by the pool. Loved how close it was to the beach. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return!

Amazing vacation

The house was great for our family of 5 adults and 4 children under 5 years old. It is a very short walk to the beach access walkway. The pool was wonderful! The property manager was quick to respond to our questions. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance. We had a wonderful stay!

The pool was nice. The house is worn and tired. The mattresses are thin & have springs. The pots & pan cabinets were unorganized & old stained pans. The a/c worked wonderfully. The house is great for big families that aren’t too concerned with clean & orderly! Short walk to the beautiful beach. The rental agency was fabulous.

Earlier in the summer is always better. Families are tough of the house snd we stay booked. If guests abuse pots and pans and rearrange things it is tough to put it all back together in a few hours. No one else has ever co Plained about the mattresses. Actually- the person who stayed before you said the primary was the best bed she had ever slept in. So sorry you were unhappy with your stay.

Just perfect for our family

This was a perfect home for our family vacation this year! The layout of the house really worked for us (loved the 3 levels and private balconies!) and the decor was nice and inviting. We were very happy with the proximity to everything.and the pool was invaluable. We hope to visit again in the future.

As advertised the house has bed space for 12 in six bedrooms and 5 bathrooms on three levels.There are also some sofa beds which we did not use. Pool level had two bedrooms: a king suite with its private shower: and a bunk bedroom next to a full bathroom with shower. The second floor is where the living room and kitchen were, and there was a queen bedroom next to a full bath with tub. The third floor has a king suite with private bath, a king bedroom and a bunk bedroom sharing a full bath. Best part, the property was at most a 3 minute walk to the beautiful public beach access. Fully stocked with lots of chairs and even a wagon to be able to take to the beach. Also, you are 3 to 5 minute walk to Goat Feathers and Daily Catch, and about a 10 minute walk to Shunk Gulley, so you can leave your car parked the whole time you’re there. There is private on site room space for six cars if need be.The days we were there it was very windy and the surf was very rough so the game changer was the heated (optional additional fee) swimming pool. And I mean a real swimming pool large enough to fit all 14 of us which included several children to float and enjoy and hang out for the day. A huge pool patio offered dozens of chairs and loungers.Response times from the rental agent was almost immediate every time we asked a question. Very friendly and easy to work with. The only minor negative is the property shows it’s age a bit, but WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT and WOULD DEFINITELY RENT AGAIN.
