This architect-designed villa with ocean views on Resarö is very peaceful. <br>The living room has 7-meter-high ceilings. The common areas are spacious, featuring a living room, kitchen, terrace with a grill and pizza oven, and a spa/sauna house. 290 + 30 m² house. The pool is open from May through September. <br>There are 3 bedrooms with double beds, each with its own bathroom. This villa is the perfect place to relax with friends and family. Close to nature and the sea. There is a dock nearby where you can take a boat to Vaxholm or city centre Stockholm. 40 minutes by bus from Stockholm. Vaxholm is the capital of the archipelago, with many restaurants and a charming atmosphere. No pets allowed.
