Villa San Lorenzo is located in the peaceful atmosphere of the interior of Istria, in the village of Zakinji. This stone villa has been completely renovated and equipped with all modern comforts, while preserving the antique flair and spirit of the 19th century. Original stone, wooden beams and a Mediterranean garden are its main assets, and when we add a swimming pool to all of this, we have a dream vacation spot. The villa can accommodate up to 6 people and is also pet friendly.



The interior of the villa is 180 m² and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a space for relaxation and dining. In the living room you will find comfortable sofas where you can relax in the midday heat. In the extension there is a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table. In the rustic kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare meals and on colder days you can light a fire in the indoor fireplace. For an even more comfortable atmosphere. Both rooms have direct access to the outdoor terrace, so you are always in touch with nature.



The villa has 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. 1 bedroom is on the ground floor while 2 are on the 1st floor. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and decorated in an elegant rustic style with many solid wood details. The ground floor room has access to the outdoor terrace. The bathrooms are modern and equipped with a shower cabin. They are equipped with bathrobes, towels, hairdryer and toiletries. There is an additional bathroom on the ground floor.



In the courtyard of the villa you will find a beautifully maintained Mediterranean garden full of fragrant plants and trees. The outdoor dining area is ideal for enjoying meals that can be prepared in the indoor kitchen or on the outdoor barbecue. The villa also has a covered area for relaxing, a sunbathing area and, of course, the indispensable saltwater pool.



There is no end to the enjoyment offered by this charming villa, and if you want to go to the sea, the good news is that the nearest beach is only a 5 minute drive away. Nearby are the coastal towns of Umag and Novigrad, where you can enjoy a walk along the sea or a fish dinner, also overlooking the sea.
