Nice and clean apartment. The only minor note is there is a stair to get to the door on the first floor but the host was very nice to help us with carrying the luggage up.
The place was very nice and updated. Centrally located and close to the train station. It can get a little loud (because of the location) but overall a great place to stay in Florence.

Thank you for your review! We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the apartment. We’d love to welcome you back on your next visit to Florence!
Lovely Rental Space, but light sleepers be awareThe Florence apartment was spacious, clean and had comfortable beds. Correspondence with the owners was frequent and usually with pretty fast turn around. We did have wifi issues during our stay that were not able to be resolved prior to our departure, but the owners were trying to resolve the issue and did give us a discount to compensate for the inconvience. As a heads up for those that are light sleepers, the upstairs tenants came in most nights some time between 2am and 3:30am the week we were there and unfortunately were not very quiet. There is a metal gate that is in the stairwell leading to the 2nd floor and that gate makes noise when opened and closed. Also the tenants would do laundry some days at that hour and just going about their own schedule. Not sure if they have a late shift job, but it was noise that did happen every night of our stay. On top of that, the front bedroom does have you dealing with noise from the street (people talking loudly at all hours at times as well as the stores opening in the mornings and their doors being opened kind of like hearing a garage door being pushed up, usually between 7:30 and 8am). Overall that front bedroom noise to me was more entertaining, but I can see how it could be bothersome to others. The location worked well for our visit and overall was a good experience. We also found many great options for food close to this rental.

Thank you for your detailed and thoughtful review!
We truly appreciate your kind words about our communication, and we’re grateful for your patience regarding the WiFi issue—we’re sorry again that it wasn’t fully resolved during your stay, though we’re glad we could at least offer some compensation for the inconvenience.
Thank you as well for highlighting the potential noise factors. Being in a central location does come with some lively surroundings.
We really appreciate your balanced feedback and would be happy to welcome you again in the future!
Close to heart of Florence. The host was polite and let me place my bags in room early so I could
Enjoy the city and not have any worries of my belongings. Room was clean.

Thank you for your positive review! We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the apartment. We will be happy to host you again!
The unit was wonderful. The host was exceptionally helpful and the unit was well located: next to the rail station and easy walking distance to historical spots. We would easily stay there again. Two notes: if one has mobility issues, the unit is down a flight of stairs. Second, the tram, as others noted, is just outside and can be heard...but was not a problem for us.Overall, we were delighted with our stay.
Property is close to train station, tram and walking distance to main attractions in Florence. The street looks old but the home is recently updated and has all the basic necessities. Check in process was easy and concierge helped us with recommendations for places to eat and shop.
Great place in central Florence, lots of room. Details need attention: Wi-Fi is poor, lighting did not work in one bathroom, and host ghosted me when asking about repair timing. Overall good experience, but room for improvement.
While the property was mostly clean and check in was smooth our experience with management was poor during our stay. We came home late one night and tried opening our door and the key broke inside the lock. We were not using it aggressively or pushing it too hard. No one was answering us the night of and the next day we were told to meet the handyman and were expected to pay for the key. We had plans around the city, are on vacation, and this company has a multitude of people working there. There was no reason we should have to meet the locksmith while on vacation when we were given an old or faulty key (or at the very least it was an accident that happened to us but could have happened to anyone else). It was disappointing and we were not able to use our apartment until 5pm the following day because there was no way to get in with the key stuck. No compensation was given and the company kept telling us “it was our fault”. I would think before booking with them because when it comes to refunds, professionalism, and flexibility - there was none.
