CasaMare is an House on the beach in central Italy

CasaMare has a unique position because it has direct access to the fine sandy beach. CasaMare is a recently renovated apartment on two floors inside a small residence with parking, garden and a tennis court. On the ground floor there is a large entrance and an air-conditioned open space living area with large sofa bed, desk, flat-screen TV, dining table, kitchen equipped with induction hob, oven and fridge. Also on the ground floor there is a small bathroom with a washing machine. On the side opposite the entrance there is a large paved garden with a bioclimatic pergola and wooden garden furniture including a table, four chairs, armchair, deckchair, chest and external shower. On the sides of the garden, a large bitosporum hedge guarantees privacy from the adjacent houses. The garden, via a gate, has direct access to the sandy beach. On the first floor there is a large bedroom overlooking the sea with a comfortable private bathroom with shower and bidet. A second bedroom with a bunk bed overlooks the entrance to the house and the railway. Adjacent to the second bedroom there is a bathroom with a spacious shower. Also on the first floor there is also a large walk-in closet. CasaMare is located a 5-minute walk from the central square of Porto Potenza and the train station. Civitanova and the motorway junction are a 5-minute drive away. In the summer the beach in front of the house is equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds from the nearby chalet. Nearby there are shops and supermarkets within walking distance.
