2 Bedrooms Penthouse on the fourth floor of the residential complex Amanecer, with open plan kitchen fully equipped and a spacious open-air terrace. There is also a private pool on the rooftop terrace. The residential complex has a communal pool, large garden areas and allocated parking spaces located on the basement of the building for each apartment. It is located in front of the fine sandy beach.

Es un apartamento muy recomendable

Su ubicación, su estado de conservación, la urbanización... Necesita un toldo a la salida del salón a la terraza, ya que en verano puede ser muy asfixiante y algo más de menaje.

Très bon accueil, l'appartement était conforme à l'annonce, très bien équipé (manque une planchas ou en barbecue électrique à l'extérieure), résidence très calme. Nous avons passé un super séjour.
