Quiet area in the Oliva Nova Golf complex, only a few steps from the sea, 90m from the nearest restaurant and the supermarket of the small shopping centre Carrefour Express. The entrance to the golf course is 190m away. The town of Oliva is 10 minutes away (6.5 km), Denia 20 minutes away (20 km), the Portal de La Marina shopping centre in Ondara 15 km and the La Vital shopping centre in Gandia about 16 km.
Oliva Nova is situated between Alicante and Valencia, both airports can be reached in approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes by car.
