Wyndham Desert Blue (3 Bedroom Presidential Condo - near strip)

The Resort is located about 1/2 from the Las Vegas strip and next to the Rio Resort Hotel & Casino. The resort does offer complimentary shuttle service to Caesars Palace Casino on the strip. THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL RESORT FEES.

The next time you plan to getaway to the exciting city of Las Vegas, we offer a 3 bedroom 3 bath presidential condo with fully equipped kitchens, washer and dryers, dining rooms, large bedrooms with closet and storage space, and spa tubs in the master bedroom. This is the perfect vacation home for a weekend trip or extended stay. If you play golf, you can choose between four golf courses located within 5 miles of the resort. If you like active vacations, this modern, high-energy resort has a big choice of recreational amenities to make your Las Vegas stay a guaranteed winner.

The condo available for rent is a 3 bedroom - 3 bath furnished condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath that includes a Jacuzzi jetted tub. The second bedroom has a king size beds and the third bedroom has two double size beds with each of the bedrooms having flat screen TV's.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The person responsible for checking into the condo is required to be 21 or over. We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $99 CHANGE FEE.

My stay at the Wyndham was amazing! I go on an annual girls trip and they all said this was their favorite place we’ve ever stayed. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We arrived very early and our room was not ready yet. The staff stored our luggage, gave us bottles of water and suggested we take their shuttle to the strip. Bobby the shuttle driver told us about history of the area and also warned of things to look out for. The resort had a coffee bar in the morning and a social hour in the afternoon. We especially enjoyed the Mardi Gras social event. Our condo was perfect for our group of 7! The 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms were spacious and clean. We had plenty of towels and supplies. The kitchen had everything we needed for the weekend. We even had a large dining table with seating for 8. We enjoyed gathering at the table for breakfast or just chilling in the family room area. Not to mention we had a great view from the 14th floor. I can’t say enough about the resort. I highly recommend it and especially the condo we stayed in. I definitely plan to return in the near future.

Great location and suite! Near to the strip, but had it's own quiet solitude. Room was perfect. Recommend bringing salt, pepper, etc as none of this was in the room. Smith's grocery was a short Uber away.

Was looking at other hotels in the area for the Raider game. Found this one on VRBO. It was only 2 to 3 hundred dollars more than hotels in the area. It was a presidential suite with four bedrooms, 4 baths, living room, dining area, full kitche.
