Magnificent home with a private saltwater pool, located in a rural setting near the mountains and just a 3-minute drive from the beach. Ideal for enjoying nature with the charms of the mountains and the sea, characteristic of the Mediterranean landscape.

The house has three bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms, one in suite. On the upper floor, surrounded by beautiful views, there is a spacious kitchen-dining room integrated into the living room, which leads to a large terrace ideal for enjoying an outdoor table. The home is characterized by its different spaces located on different levels, all connected, which give it a special charm. A garden with a private saltwater pool and trees, a small wooden cabin that doubles as a fitness room, a colorful patio shaded by a vine, a hanging chair for enjoying the views or reading, and a barbecue area with a vegetable garden and fruit trees behind it. Inside, there is a utility room with a washer and dryer, and another outdoor patio for hanging clothes. All bedrooms enjoy natural light.

Location: Our villa is ideally situated for exploring the best of Catalunya. A short drive will take you to the beautiful beaches where you can soak up the sun or enjoy water sports. The nearby village of Calella offers a range of shops, grocery stores, and a train station with convenient connections to Barcelona and beyond.

Guest Registration: In accordance with Catalan law, we are required to register all guests. A European ID or passport will be requested upon arrival, along with a signed registration form.

First of all, a big thank you to Elena and her husband for their welcome. The accommodation met all our expectations and was consistent with the advertisement. The area lends itself easily to marine activities and walking or cycling. In addition, the hosts are good at giving advice on things to do in the surrounding area. We highly recommend this accommodation and will return if the opportunity arises. Avant tout un grand merci à Elena et son mari pour leur acceuil. le logement répondait à toute nos attentes et était conforme à l'annonce. le secteur se prete facilement aux activitées marine et aux promenades pedestre ou à velo. De plus les hotes sont de bon conseils pour les choses a faire alentour. Nous conseillons vivement se logement et y reviendrons si l'occasion se présente.
