In need of renovating in the bathroom especially. All beds need two pillows per person. Unreliable magnets on bathroom doors. Locks a little flimsy. Instructions about heating not in guide as first night and morning was freezing but figured out. Shower floor unacceptably broken and worn out.

We booked to stay on this canal boat in London. When we arrived at the property we had to climb across another boat to get to the boat we rented. This was never mentioned in the listing and is very unsafe. Had we known this up front we would have never booked the property. There were also very steep stairs in to the property with no handrail, which was also not mentioned in the listing. Overall the conditions made us feel very unsafe and we decided that we could not stay at this property.

What a lovely “out of the box” experience for us Canadians. Slowly rocked to sleep under such a cozy comforter. Every neighbour we met with so friendly in the area. Lovely pub nearby. Highly recommend this boat and the experience with the owners. Thank you so much and we will back
