Location and Relaxing

Location was great! Lots of restaurants, convenience store and pharmacy nearby, but the best part was the private terrace in the morning and evenings!I’m ready to go back already!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The terrace view was amazing and the set up was comfortable. The only downside was that the power would go out if you had both of the air conditioning units on at the same time and we were there at a very warm time of year. Having an elevator made it very convenient with luggage and the area was full of shops and restaurants! We would definitely stay again!

I would definitely stay here again. If you plan to spend time at the Basilica of St Peter this is most convenient. Lots of places to eat. Easy walk to cab stand (I like getting around with cabs)Place was very clean, they assisted with all details. Welcoming, transportation from airport, and when my sister left an item behind, they were quick to retrieve the item and found best way to deliver! The team is great and responds quickly to all messages. My final hurrah!! Is the Patio!!! So peaceful! This is a win. There is an elevator so very doable flat!

Mixed feelings

The location of this apartment is optimum. We did run into two issues with the property. The building Manager changed the lock to the main entrance and our key would not work. We did not received any notifications. After initial contact with local management, we were shocked at their lack of response as they did not believe the lock had been changed. After pushing the local management, and contacting vrbo headquarters - approximately two hours waiting outside in the heat for someone to come and resolve the issue, a person showed up with a new key. This was an extremely bad experience. The second issue was related to the apartment’s electrical system. Under a summer heat of close to 40C, we were unable to run the two AC units simultaneously without tripping the circuit breakers. P.S. The patio/balcony is the best feature of the apartment.

Diese Wohnung ist super für einen Aufenthalt in Rom. Ruhig gelegen aber mitten im Geschehen. Die Straße Borgo Pio eignet sich super zum Verweilen in unterschiedlichsten Lokalitäten. Einziges Problem: Der Kühlschrank war erst voll funktionsfähig, nachdem wir ihn 2 Stunden lang abgetaut hatten.
