Split over three levels, this restful and relaxing home makes a perfect base for exploring the seaside town of Cowes and the rest of the Island beyond. Once through the door there is the sleek and shiny kitchen/breakfast room overlooking the front garden and an airy open-plan living/dining area with 42 inch Smart TV and bi-fold doors leading out onto an impressive elevated terrace - definitely the place to wine and dine during the warmer months.
On the first floor guests will discover three inviting bedrooms (2 doubles and a twin bedroom which share a bathroom). There is a master with en suite shower (and nifty private dressing room) located on the lower ground floor. At this level you can head outside via the back door where there’s a grassy, south-facing garden to the rear with a BBQ (well positioned to catch those summer rays).
There's plenty of room to park up on the drive at the front too.
The property will be available from 3pm on your day of arrival and check out time on the day of departure is 10am.
The property is equipped with everything you will need including Wi-FI, utilities, bed linen and towels.
A travel cot and high chair is available upon request.

Came for a week of walking and sailing with 4 groups of friends and two dogs. Looking for something walking distance from the marina and where we could take the dogs for walks and swims.
