Relax with the whole family at our newly renovated peaceful villa. Nestled in the lovely community of Sunset Crest in Holetown. Located on a quiet street - a tropical paradise! Our property is a few minutes walk from the beautiful calm and clear waters of the West Coast beaches. Supermarkets, restaurants and Sandy Lane golf course all within easy walking distance too.

The space
A fully modernised 4 bedroom property. We have transformed our villa into a light and airy space ready for the family. With spacious rooms, fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful new pool and private bar - a real home from home.

Access to the Sunset Crest Beach House that has its own large swimming pool, loungers, showers and washroom facilities included.

All bedrooms have A/C and ceiling fans throughout the villa.

Our stay family that consisted of several sisters, our brother and our mother, also my son. We were comfortable, the space was adequate and clean. My family and I enjoyed the property, and it's close proximity to shops and the ocean/beach.

Hello, we are John, Lucy, Teddy, and Margo! We live in Norwich in the UK and we are the owners of Villa Sunnyside.

We love to travel and have visited various parts of the Caribbean over the years, once we visited Barbados we were taken by the island’s scenery, nature and vibrant culture.

We eventually stumbled upon Sunset Crest and we knew it was the ideal part of the island for us. We’ve put a lot of energy into refurbishing the villa and creating a perfect holiday space for all the family!

Why they chose this property

Why Sunset Crest? It’s got a lot going for it. We enjoy the lush green spaces and the wildlife that comes with it, the troops of monkeys and hummingbirds in the garden and the noise of the tree frogs at night. We love the diverse sea life that’s right on our doorstep, you can see all sorts when snorkelling on the best beaches in Barbados just 5 minutes up the road. Its close to the shops, 5 mins walk to a supermarket and also a medical centre!

What makes this property unique

Villa Sunnyside Barbados has been fully refurbished in 2023. Nestled amid the lush streets and parks of Sunset Crest, this villa is in the perfect location to access all the local amenities but still offers an unoverlooked garden/pool for you to relax in private.

We’ve designed Villa Sunnyside with families in mind, the new pool is ideal for the kids to play while the grown-ups seek refuge in the bar.

A 5-minute stroll, and you’ll find yourself on the beach or at the private members’ Sunset Crest Beach House. It’s a great base camp to explore the beautiful beaches of Barbados and the surrounding area. You can use the loungers, the pool, bar, and showers/changing facilities.
