Modern apartments in a great location at 300m from a sandbeach in a nice housing complex with pool, children playgroung and paddel. The apartments have 2 doble bedrooms, living dining room, kitchen, one bathroom with bathtub and the other with shower. Large terrace with view and access to the garden and pool area. They are in the ground-floor. The housing complex is situated in the Marinas Beach, at 5 km from Denia´s center and 1km from a supermarket.

Denia is located on the Costa Blanca, between Valencia and Alicante. It is the ideal place to discover this part of Spain, the coast as well as the beautiful inland valleys and mountains landscapes and villages. From Denia you also can sail to Ibiza or enjoy Benidorm´s theme parks. Denia offers 20 km of coast with quiets waters that invite you for a swim or for a dive. Beaches with sand, rocks, coves, many of them with Blue Flags of the clean Seas of Europe. Denia is one of the best place in Spain to practice windsurf, diving, sailing, and it offers facilities to practice many nautical sports as well as others like golf, tennis and so on. Denia offers many possibilities like shopping, going to “La lonja” the typical fishers market place, visiting the castle, walking in the prestigious area of the Montgo Natural Park with fantastic views to the coast. Denia is a gastronomical city. You will find a typical Mediterranean cuisine made with healthy and fresh ingredients from this area like tapas and countless ways to prepare rices like the famous “paella”. Hemos pasado unos días preciosos en esta casita

Nos encantó todo. La atención por parte de la agencia. Nos facilitaron todo. La casa muy cómoda. Nuestro hijo de 4 años lo pasó genial en la casa y disfrutó muchísimo de la piscina y de la terraza Súper cerca de la playa. No utilizamos el coche.. Incluso fuimos al centro de Denia en transporte público y súper cómodo. Sin duda volveremos pronto ️ Sólo por sugerir un carro de la compra para ir al supermercado. Sería ideal ya que queda muy cerca y facilitaría para ir a comprar a pie.

PERFECTO. REPETIRÉ SEGURO

La ubicación es perfecta. La disposición de apartamento, garage y urbanización, inmejorable. Es PERFECTO para desconectar y disfrutar. Las cortinas de las duchas, deberían pasar a ser mamparas, para mayor limpieza y seguridad. Dejar algun vívere indispensable más, como pastillas de lavavajillas, o jabón de lavadora. (Por poner algo, aunque supongo que la gente se lo lleva y por eso no lo hay).

Alojamiento muy cómodo y con unas instalaciones estupendas

Las instalaciones son magníficas para pasar unas vacaciones con niños pequeños. La terraza está fenomenal y el apartamento para 4 personas adultas y dos bebes es muy cómodo. La atención por parte de DeNiasol ha sido buenísima, las chicas muy amables y atentas. Zona muy tranquila, por lo menos en junio. Vacaciones perfectas. Dar un segundo juego de llaves, por lo menos de la casa y la urbanización sería muy útil.
