So that all of our guests have an enjoyable stay, we have a property manager on call, as well as Compass Pointe's site manager.

This condo is located in one of the duplex buildings, providing ample space and comfort. The condo features hardwood floors throughout. A beautiful eat-in kitchen, with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances is fully equipped for your cooking needs - just bring the lobster!

Relax in the sunroom appointed with nautical décor. The full-size, pullout coach sleeps two. Enjoy cable television, watch a movie on the Blu-ray, play a board game, work a puzzle -or simply spend time with a good book. The sunroom leads to the deck (the condo is on the third level-top floor) which overlooks the fabulous Compass Pointe swimming pool.

Two comfortable bedrooms will complete your stay. We recently replaced the mattresses and box springs. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other full size; each bedroom features cable television, dressers for storage and large closets. The full bathroom is complete with a shower and tub, granite counter-top and plenty of storage. The additional one-half bath makes mornings much less stressful.

Yes, we have WI-FI, air conditioning and a grill. The condo unit comes with two designated parking spots (one exterior adjacent to the building; the second is in the garage).

Enjoy the amenities of Compass Pointe Club:
The clubhouse features a fitness room and large gathering room. Ping pong and the large screen TV will occupy the kids on rainy days. When the beaches are crowded and the ocean water is chilly, the temperature of the pool is just right. There is a shallow end for the little ones. (The pool is open Memorial Day weekend through mid-September and is heated!). A short trail on the Compass Pointe property leads to a kayak launch onto the Ogunquit River.

Enjoy the sites: we are less than one mile (walk, drive or trolley) to Footbridge Beach (Ogunquit) and Moody Beach (Moody/Wells) and a few minutes drive to Ogunquit Beach and Wells Beach. Enjoy mini-golf? We're a half mile away from Wonder Mountain featuring mini-golf, go-carts and an arcade.

The Trolley, which travels north to Wells, Kennebunk, and Kennebunkport and south to Ogunquit, York and Kittery, stops right across the street.

Avid bikers? Bring your bikes and store in the private garage.

There are several restaurants and seafood shacks within walking distance on Route One. We're a four minute drive to the lively Village of Ogunquit and eight minutes from Perkins Cove. Many enjoy the summer walk to the village shops and restaurants.
