Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen and Wi-Fi included. Terraced garden with patio and garden furniture. Garage parking for 1 car. No smoking.. A semi detached cottage, situated in Lower Contour Road, Kingswear, set in an elevated position with magnificent views across the river to the Marina, and the town of Dartmouth. This comfortable family property is well equipped and furnished, has garage parking for one car, is a 5 minute walk to the two Dartmouth ferries and enjoys all the amenities of Dartmouth with the added benefit of the afternoon and evening sunshine.
