This bright and spacious flat, located just a few minutes from the ocean in Puerto del Carmen, sleeps up to 2 people and is ideal for couples and friends, and has satellite Wifi internet. It has a large bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed, en suite bathroom with shower, built-in wardrobe, TV and access to the wonderful terrace of the flat. It also has a toilet, a fully equipped kitchen open to the spacious living room with breakfast bar. This room has a 50’ Smart TV, and access to the pleasant terrace of the house where you can have lunch, relax and enjoy the sun, while you enjoy the climate of the place.
A privileged location, with the beach and promenade just a few minutes drive from the property, only 7 minutes drive from Rancho Texas Lanzarote Park and 10 minutes drive from the airport. Surrounded by kilometres of golden sandy beaches, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby and a quick connection to the motorway for easy access to the rest of the island.
The property has a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, bed linen and shower towels, and much more.
