With its large fenced 1-hectare property, this holiday villa offers the perfect setting for a stay with family or friends. Just 3 km from local amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets, and bakeries, for more comfort while being in a quiet location.



The house features two spacious lounges, two open kitchens, five air-conditioned bedrooms, and four bathrooms. A sofa bed is available in one of the lounges, allowing accommodation for up to 12 people. For entertainment, there is streaming TV, board games, and darts.



The large heated private pool (12x6m, 1.8m deep), equipped with lighting and an electric cover, is open from April to October. An outdoor shower is also available. The outdoor spaces include an open and covered terrace with outdoor furniture, parasols, sun loungers, a barbecue, and a pétanque court.



Finally, the Ouvèze River is less than 100 meters away and Sablet Lake is 1 km away, offering many opportunities for walks and outdoor activities.

Fijn verblijf in de locatie. Temperatuur was de ganse week 35, dus zwembad kwam goed van pas. Huis was perfekt uitgerust. Enig puntje van kritiek, is de na-controle, die beetje belachelijk was (een mes lag niet op de juiste plaats, en 1 vuilbakje was niet leeggemaakt....)

Hartelijk dank voor je feedback en fijn om te horen dat jullie verblijf aangenaam was en dat jullie hebben kunnen genieten van het zwembad en de goed uitgeruste woning. Wat betreft de nacontrole: helaas kunnen wij zelf niet ter plaatse zijn en schakelen we hiervoor een conciërgerie in. Zij willen graag hun best doen om alles zorgvuldig na te kijken, maar we begrijpen dat dit soms als onaangenaam of overdreven kan aanvoelen.
