Welcome to Villa Alizee, managed exclusively by Sitges Hills Villas Ltd, a spacious and beautifully presented holiday home that perfectly captures the essence of Mediterranean style living.



Perched on a hillside in the tranquil residential area of Can Suria, the villa offers breathtaking views that stretch across rolling hills to the sea in the distance, making every sunrise and sunset a spectacular event.



Despite its peaceful location, Villa Alizee is just a 15-minute drive from lively Sitges, where you can enjoy the town’s bars, cafes, boutiques, and sandy beaches. Barcelona and its international airport are within easy reach, just 40 minutes away, while the charming market towns of Sant Pere de Ribes and Vilafranca are only a short drive.



The villa accommodates up to 9 guests across four bedrooms, including a master suite with a private terrace. Outside, the private pool area features a stunning swimming pool with jacuzzi, an outdoor kitchen, dining space, and ample seating to enjoy the incredible views.



ACCOMMODATION

Entrance Level:



Enter Villa Alizee into a welcoming dining and living area that form the heart of the home.



The dining room comfortably seats up to eight, while the living area features two double sofas, a new smart TV, a coffee table, and a sideboard. Large doors lead out onto a spacious wrap-around terrace, seamlessly connecting the indoor and outdoor living spaces.



The terrace is also directly accessible from the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a fridge, freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, double sink, and a small eating area. The terrace further offers an outdoor dining table for four and leads to the front of the house and stairs descending to the pool.



Directly to the right, as you enter the villa, a large corridor leads to three well-appointed and comfortable bedrooms. The first is a cosy twin room with two 90 x 200 cm beds. Next, you’ll find two separate double bedrooms, each featuring a 140 x 200 cm bed and lovely views of the surrounding countryside.



All bedrooms are thoughtfully designed and are equipped with air conditioning units as well as mosquito nets on the windows to ensure optimal comfort and peaceful nights.



Off the hallway, you’ll also find a large, modern bathroom with double washbasins, a shower, a toilet, and a convenient washing machine.



Upper Level:



Ascending the stairs of Villa Alizee you will discover the stunning new master bedroom. This elegant space features a 180cm bed, a spacious wardrobe, air conditioning and mosquito netted windows.



The master suite also boasts a private covered terrace that overlooks the pool area, offering breathtaking vistas of the sea and surroundings hills. The room is complemented by an ensuite bathroom, complete with double washbasins, an overhead rain shower, and toilet.

GARDENS & OUTSIDE SPACES



The gardens and the swimming pool area at Villa Alizee are private and not overlooked and offer a sanctuary amidst stunning natural beauty. At the heart of this setting is a lovely custom designed pool, surrounded by smooth stonework and complemented by a jacuzzi.



The adjacent patio is furnished with six comfortable sun loungers, where you can relax and take in the breathtaking views. For a peaceful moment at the end of the day, head to the “Sunset Corner” beneath a charming olive tree, where you can watch the sun dip below the horizon.



A covered outdoor dining area with plenty of seating and full outdoor kitchen invite al fresco meals, with amenities including a built-in BBQ, gas rings, double sinks, and a fridge.



There is also a ping pong table for hours of family fun.



The garden surrounding the villa is a delightful blend of fruit trees such as mandarin, fig, pomegranate, and lemon.



There is off street parking at the villa for up to three cars and unlimited street parking with no permits required.
